I got inspired by this message because at some point, I’ve had to watch my mouth when it came to speaking over my life and the more I practiced affirmations, the more I started to embrace that affirmation and overtime, it made me feel better. No matter how much I tried to find my expression in the actions, the more I couldn’t find it in myself to feel better. It was how I was talking to myself. Affirming myself.
